Anitha holds a Master's degree in History and Education. She also holds a degree in Educational Management from Alagappa University. Anitha has served as a Principal for the School and PU College. Anitha has also served as a resource person for various Institutions and CBSE, in Happy Classroom Strategy, NEP-2020, and Strategic plan for slow learners. Anitha believes in putting on multiple hats to bring about the collaboration of the best practices and strategies that aid in the effective teaching and learning process.
