Joju has overall 25 years of work experience, around 10-years of service with Facilities/Maintenance management services and around 15 years of service with Fitout construction Project management services. He completed his Professional Course in Electrical Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Kerala. He is also an approved Licence holder from Electrical Inspectorate of Kerala & Karnataka. Joju started his career at ‘Lucent Technologies’ as a Maintenance Technician at their Switching and Power System Testing & Commissioning Centre. He later became Facilities Manager at their Microelectronics division, spin-off division later called ‘Agere system’. He has worked with most of the IT Giants for their interior fit-out projects as a 'Project manager' - Intel Corporation, ABB, Twitter, Capgemini, TCS, VMware, Cisco and Target Corporation are some of them. Vrindavan Tech Village, GR Tech Park and ABB Peenya-PA Lab, are the major base building projects where he worked as MEP manager during their building construction. His hobbies are Football / Shuttle Badminton / Basketball games.
