Padmini K U
Research Associate
With a keen research interest, Padmini loves to teach and interact with children. She has a Masters degree in Physics from Maharani Cluster University Bangalore. As a student, Padmini has been part of a research project titled Synthesis and characterization of Polypyrrole. She has worked in a DST-SERB-ECRA grant-supported project titled Synthesis and structural analysis of zinc-antimonide nanomaterial. She has also participated in programs like “Geospatial Technology for Archeological studies" organized by ISRO and the “Nano for Youth' program held in 2018 at the Satish Dhawan Auditorium organized by CSIC, IISc Bangalore. Padmini has had the opportunity to visit ISRO and meet some of the scientists, where she got a chance to see the payloads of Chandrayaan 2.
Padmini also enjoys playing badminton and table tennis. Listening to music and reading books on Krishna consciousness are her favorite pastimes.
