Education Research Associate
Subhashree Pattanayak holds a post-graduation degree in Botany, specializing in Advanced Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta. Further she has completed her B.Ed and M.Ed from Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University. Selected as one of the 32 Changemakers for “The F.AIR Project, 2022” by UNESCO, New Delhi and 8one Foundation, she showcased her work on "Ending poverty through Education: Illusion or reality?" Her past professional background involves designing pedagogical content, creating assessment test items for large scale State Government projects, designing rubrics, textbook analysis, and conducting policy reviews on UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Notably, she demonstrated leadership skills as a Mentor leader for "Desh ka Mentor", an initiative of Govt. of Delhi and Claylab Education Foundation, impacting the lives of low-income Government school children. Engaging in voluntary services, she designed curriculum on social-emotional learning (SEL) and taught disadvantaged children in slums through Child Rights and You (CRY).
