To ensure smooth transformation of Schools to adopt experiential learning of science by mentoring and supporting Academic Co-ordinators and working with Principal and Management by removing any obstacles that will otherwise impair the transformation of schools.
Lead, coach and provide guidance and mentoring support to a team of Academic Coordinators towards proper execution of responsibilities in deployment of experiential learning across schools
Monitor to ensure timely and effective implementation of classroom teaching of science in partnership with schools as per the directions from Prayoga.
Periodically observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Be informed of the vision, mission, content, research and implementation aspects of our programme.
To be available at all times for all the activities and tasks assigned by Prayoga.
Monitor implementation of Prayoga programs and develop recommendations for program improvement and implementation based on understanding of the ground reality.
Build amicable-professional relationships with all educational stakeholders (including school staff, teachers, principals, administrators, local leaders, policymakers, teacher associations, DDPI/ BEOs/BRC/ BRP/ CRPs, to promote programs of Prayoga.
Be abreast with and share about the educational trends, best practices, in their region.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to understand research findings and how they are integrated into program design and implementation.
Be able to communicate research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders as per the requirement of the research team.
Provide orientation to teachers and other stakeholders when required.
Organize teacher empowerment and the Prerana programs in their zone with guidance and support from Prayoga.
Be aware of other programs being executed in their regions by other institutions and assess its impact on the programs run by Prayoga
