Justice Dr. M.N. Venkatachalaiah

Justice Dr. Manepalli Narayana Rao Venkatachalaiah was the 25th Chief Justice of India (1993-1994). He served as the Chairman of National Human Rights Commission (1996-1998 and 2000). He also headed the National Commission for reviewing the Constitution of India. He is the recipient of the prestigious Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest Civilian Award.
