Young Innovators Showcase Pioneering Projects at National Student Research Program by Prayoga

BENGALURU: (Aug 22) Fifty-three young researchers from Delhi, Lucknow, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru presented 17 projects at the Anveshana 2025 Project Showcase here on Friday.

Karnataka: Merck Life Science, focused on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions to solve the toughest problems in science, has collaborated with the Prayoga Institute of Education Research to support Kriya, Prayoga’s pioneering initiative enhancing access to science education in 45 government schools across 35 educational districts of Karnataka.

At the IGYM workshop in Bengaluru, Eva Smidtas combined geoscience and food to teach complex concepts in a fun, edible manner. The event highlighted international collaboration and innovative education techniques to tackle global environmental challenges, aiming to nurture future Earth science leaders.

In a move to enhance science education in rural India, 12 government schools in Raichur district in Karnataka will be provided with well-stocked science lab stations to conduct experiments and curated science courseware aligned with the state and NCERT syllabi.

Merck Life Science collaborates with Prayoga to bring hands-on science learning to 45 govt schools across Karnataka

The IGYM Workshop was conducted at the Prayoga campus on Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru, which brought together 30 outstanding students, 15 international finalists from the International Earth Sciences Olympiad, from Israel, France, Spain, and Sri Lanka, and 15 Indian students, all deeply committed to geosciences education in the country.
