Shanthi Sivaram is the Manager – Outreach at Prayoga, with over 15 years of experience in education and corporate sectors. A B.Com graduate from Osmania University, she has worked with GE Capital and The World Bank, building strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement. At Ekya School, she led co-curricular programs and large-scale events, fostering inclusive school culture. She later served as Centre Director at Openhouse, JP Nagar. Shanthi brings strong leadership and operational skills to her role at Prayoga. She is passionate about building communities that empower individuals. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, music, and staying fit.
