Santhosh is the Project Lead at Prayoga, overseeing all operational aspects of the Kriya project, including planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful execution. Previously, he worked as a Field Research Executive at AMS, where he gained extensive experience managing government projects for clients such as the Department of Handlooms and Textiles, NIRD, and NDMA. His expertise lies in team leadership, project management, and client relations, developed through hands-on fieldwork across Karnataka, Kerala, and Orissa. Santhosh is passionate about cinema, drama, and Kannada literature, and enjoys trekking, percussion, and badminton. He also has a keen interest in the Indian stock market and finds joy in cooking and traveling.
